Proof of vaccination

By order of the Provincial Health Officer, proof of vaccination is no longer required to access businesses, events and services in BC. Learn more.

Rapid testing

Rapid antigen testing kits are free for everyone in BC at participating pharmacies. Learn more.


By order of the Provincial Health Officer, masks are no longer required in public indoor spaces in BC. At RRU we will continue to encourage mask use in spaces where we are in close proximity and will support those who continue wearing masks on campus. Learn more.

International students coming to Canada

All international students 18 years old and older need to be fully vaccinated to enter Canada.  Read Government of Canada information for international students , including which vaccines are accepted and current travel restrictions.
