Portrait of Julie Williams

Julie Williams, BA (Hons.), LLB, MPA, Ph.D., is a lawyer and has worked for the BC provincial government for over 20 years. Julie has a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and has taught a variety of courses at 企鹅电竞查询v6.9 安卓版 University and the University of Victoria, primarily in public administration and environmental law.

Experience

Environmental law and policy was Julie’s first field of work as a lawyer and public servant and remains an area of special interest to her.
